These services provide busy professionals (clients who are either too busy to do their admin or don’t want to), with a flexible service. Standard routine tasks are carried out on a weekly/monthly basis, and when ad hoc work arises this can be accommodated in a flexible and time responsive manner. Allowing the client to focus on their work without being bogged down by paperwork.

Below is only a sample of what can be offered. The scope and variety of tasks carried out depends on each client’s needs for the efficient running of their business.

For my clients:

  • Maintain client lists/databases
  • Maintain financial information for tax purposes
  • Utilise accounting packages eg Freeagent
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Deal with queries, identify and chase late payments
  • Manage the client’s diary
  • Organise events, eg 2 day workshops in London, 2 times a year
  • Booking meeting space, hotels
  • Research – eg bibliography
  • Send out mail shots/information

For the clients of my client:

  • Act as a contact point for my clients’ customers, clients providers etc ensuring queries are responded to speedily and accurately.

Property Management

Whether the house you have bought is your second home or a holiday let, I can help you with the ongoing maintenance and preparation of the house for your guests. This service falls into two categories, Project Management and Property Rental:

Property Management

  • Meet with client to understand the nature of the changes required and to suggest a way forward
  • Arrange an architect to advise if required schedule a builder to look at proposed work and provide quote (or quotes)
  • Request a quote from the electrician, plumber, carpenter etc…
  • Source materials from the builders yard, eg tiles, (in conjunction with client)
  • Apply for the licence to undertake the work from the town hall
  • Liaise with the architect from the town hall to inspect the proposed work
  • Liaise with the builder etc to start the work, and during the project to be on hand to deal with queries and issues that may arise
  • Liaise with the client during the project, sending photographs, progress reports, talking via Skype etc
  • Organise painters to follow on from builder etc
  • Organise cleaners to clean the house thoroughly after the building work is complete
  • Organise payment of the builder etc on behalf of the client if need be provide client with receipts and official invoices

Property Rental

  • Recommend sites upon which to advertise the property
  • Advise on wording etc of the advert and create the advert/web page
  • Organise a photographer to take photographs for the advert
  • Organise registration of the property with “turismo”
  • Manage enquiries for the property
  • Liaise with the clients prior to arrival
  • Organise cleaning of the property, pool and gardening prior to guest’s arrival
  • Meet the clients and accompany them to the property
  • Deal with any queries/problems arising during their stay
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep of the property
